- Two three-story, 81,750-square-foot buildings
- One two-story, 62,222-square-foot building
- Each building was designed with four separate entrances
- Constructed of structural steel and natural sandstone with floor-to-ceiling glass and architectural aluminum, the buildings offered state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical, plumbing and security systems
- Each building included large, flexible floor plates, high-speed elevators, locker rooms and showers
