- $60 million-dollar construction cost
- Phase II of this project was 164,770 square feet, three-story structure
- Phase included a bakery, fine dining restaurant, a 300-seat entertainment lounge, Tuolumne Band of Miwuk Indians Tribal gaming offices, administrative offices and back of house services
- Upper level contained the children’s area, a bowling center, a video aracade and a fast food restaurant
- Phase I included a 20,000 square foot metal building with a freestanding false facade
- The facade consisted of columns made of stone that were indigenous to the area and large abstracted black oak leaves built of metal
- After the Phase I the metal building was removed, the freestanding wall remained as signage for the permanent building
