CG also designed the original resort development that included a seven-story, 150-room hotel, a casino for 1,750 slot machines, and 24 gaming tables, a conference center and an 18-hole golf course. The project also included a restaurant. The theme expressed the heritage of the Cherokee Tribe of Oklahoma. The hotel overlooked one of the beautiful lakes of the golf course.
