Our professional resources consist of four production team leaders, special subject matter experts, principals and experienced staff of structural engineers and designers. Our entire staff is multi-disciplined and has extensive experience in managing large, complex projects.
Our most successful project management attribute over the past decade has been our ability to multi-task the design process while providing real-time assessment of scope, cost and schedule. The life of a project from conception through construction documents is an extremely complex and dynamic process. When the added challenges of a fast-track schedule and a technically complex project are included, Chavez-Grieves has the staff and specific skill set to mitigate our clients risk, and increase the opportunity to have a more successful project.
