Ms. Phagan, Accounting Manager has been with Chavez Grieves since 2001 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting degree from the University of Phoenix.  Ms. Phagan has an extensive background in the financial arena, with more than 40 years of experience.  Her background consists of management positions in manufacturing, medical, construction and public accounting firms.  Her financial services contributions have been particularly significant since taking over as Accounting Manager, as Chavez-Grieves has dramatically increased its market share and profitability.  At the same time, she has helped the firm significantly reduce operational costs, while remaining a leading-edge supplier of design and project management services to government and private facilities across the United States.  Her responsibilities include handling all of the day-to-day accounting tasks, through completion of year end financial statements for not only Chavez-Grieves, but other related companies.  She assists in developing comprehensive financial reporting systems, which effectively contribute to solid management decisions.  Ms. Phagan also serves as a team leader, responsible for all accounting staff.
