• Mammoth Professional Building-Corona was a three-story, 57,204 square foot office building in Corona, California
• Conveniently located just off the 91 freeway at Green River Road
• Like most properties created by Mammoth Equities, the steel frame structure is designed to serve the dynamic small business market
• Dramatically built into a hillside, the Corona building was divided into suites of two to ten offices, which were ready for immediate occupancy when it opened
• Each suite was fully equipped with its own air conditioning system and pre-wired for high speed broadband Internet and phone access

• 72,186 square foot building featured an interior courtyard area with several water features

• San Juan Capistrano consists of two class “A” office buildings containing approximately 105,745 gross rentable square feet
• The buildings overlook Interstate 5 at the point of transition to the 73 Transportation Corridor
• Located in South Orange County, San Juan Capistrano is situated near the Northern edge of San Diego County
• The office buildings were designed in a modern style with an elaborate central courtyard that featured a large waterscape
• The buildings were also high-tech friendly and easily accommodated tenants with high-speed broadband requirements

• Project consisted of a six-story office building
• Standing nearly 100 feet tall, the steel frame with bearing stud walls, relied on braced frames for its lateral resistance
• The building was curved on two sides and contained many balconies and three terraces: two on the fifth floor and a covered one on the sixth floor
• The finish was composed of tinted glass and two stone finishes, split face and travertine
• An architectural eyebrow suspended from the sixth floor and an entry canopy above the second floor suspended from the fourth floor
• The tall building had its very own window washing system, and traction elevator system

• Each building was designed with four separate entrances
• Constructed of structural steel and natural sandstone with floor-to-ceiling glass and architectural aluminum, the buildings offered state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical, plumbing and security systems
• Each building included large, flexible floor plates, high-speed elevators, locker rooms and showers
