]]> Sweetland-2014Sandy has been with the firm for over 14 years and became an Associate Partner in 2014.  During his time with the firm he has engineered projects throughout the southwestern United States that range from single family residential wood framed buildings to large multiple story steel framed buildings. Sandy has experience in both Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery systems. His Design-Build experience includes projects utilizing Interoperability (i.e. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)). His Design-Build engineering experience coupled with his construction experience gives Sandy a unique understanding of producing structural designs that not only are constructable but also economical.

Formerly, Sandy was the founder of Sweetland Engineering Group, and was responsible for technical operations, financial management and business development. Sandy’s diversified experience includes over seven years in the construction industry and nine years in the engineering consulting business.
