]]>A native of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University. He started his education at the University of Maryland, European Division, while he was serving in the United States Army. During his time in the military, Chris served in the 1st Infantry Division, completing tours in Kansas, Belgium, Holland, and Germany, with a final tour in Morocco, Northern Africa.
