As part of a master-planned campus, this Chavez-Grieves Consulting Engineers, Inc. project is a single-source solution to develop, design and construct this second phase medical office building. With an urgent care facility, radiology center, and a lab, as well as both large and small medical and dental practices, this multi-tenant building provides a multitude of medical services to the growing community. The location of the facility required planners to build an extensive utility and transportation infrastructure prior to the actual construction of the building. The three-story facility is ideally located at the intersection of Highway 101 and Tatum Road to provide easy access from all parts of the metropolitan Phoenix area. The Desert Ridge Phase II medical office building is part of a 120,000 square foot medical campus in the heart of the new master-planned community of Desert Ridge.
